Since establishing its first office in Central America, TransUnion continues to become a more vital part of economies throughout the region:
2000 Launching of operations in Costa Rica with the founding of TransUnion Central America.
2001 Expansion into Guatemala with the purchase of and partnership with a local bureau.
2003 Expansion into Honduras through a start-up bureau.
2005  Expansion into Nicaragua through a start-up bureau.
2007  Establishment of a state-of-the-art data center in Guatemala.
